REFUND POLICY

Returns Eligibility:
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-The item must be in its original packaging.

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Process
Contact Us:
Email us at info@Dinobot.tv to initiate a return. Please include your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping:
Pack your item securely in the original packaging and include your RMA number inside the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item:
We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@Dinobot.cc and send your item to the address we will provide.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
